-As of Sept. 2, 2025, shipping to USA has been temporarily paused due to the sudden addition of duties to all sales. The duties are calculated post-sale, meaning, businesses have to either contact the customer for extra duty money after they've paid, or we would need to greatly and arbitrarily raise our shipping cost to our US customers. We'll hopefully resume shipping to USA once a system has been sorted out. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Returns:
We can only accept returns on unopened new records or any defective products. We appreciate returns within 30 days. Returns to be accepted in store only - out of town customers, please contact us with the details of your issue and we'll figure out a solution.
